Over $50,000 in Prizes
The American Medical Association and Google are excited to announce that submissions are now open for the Health Care Interoperability and Innovation Challenge.
This Challenge is an open call for solutions that allow patients to remotely monitor and manage their healthcare in a manner that places a minimum burden on physicians. Specifically entrants are asked to present ideas on how to:
- Import (or transfer) patient-generated data from a mobile device or a mobile application into one or more phases of the provider health data management cycles.
- Extract (or transfer) data from one or more aspects of the physician or payer health data management cycle, back into a mobile app or mobile device so that patients can view, track and ultimately act upon their progress relative to their goals, or even share their information with other physicians.
Submissions are open now until Thursday, June 7th, 2018 at 11:59 PM, after which point finalist teams will be chosen to pitch their ideas live on stage at Google’s Cambridge Headquarters on June 28th. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will go home with over $50,000 in prizes!
All qualified submissions receive $3,000 in Google Cloud credits.
Please visit the challenge site here for more information. We look forward to receiving your submission!
