Presentation of the Company
For cancer patients stratification we strongly believe genomics approaches need to be complemented by functional approaches. LXRepair has developed a unique patented assay platform aiming at the characterization of the DNA Repair network and DNA Damage Response. Samples are stratified according to their specific DNA Repair enzymatic signature.
It is used to identify predictive biomarkers of response to various anticancer treatments. It is adapted for preclinical and clinical studies and can be used to decipher the drugs mechanisms of action.
The functional multiplex assays are particularly suited as an alternative where genomics fails or is not appropriate. LXRepair has the objective to get the CE marking of its first diagnostic kit by 2020, for the identification of patients at risk for severe radiotherapy adverse effects.
LXRepair has its own clinical biomarker validation program and offers fee-for-service to Pharma.
